When Ramona’s Pizza recently opened a new location in Grande Prairie, they wanted the highest-quality exterior materials and a fine commercial roof. They met with us to come up with a plan and we got to work.
Larger projects like this one usually feature a number of contractors and can get complicated quickly, particularly in the Northern winter. To avoid delays, we worked closely with all the contractors to make sure our team members worked both effectively and efficiently.
We used Hardi Board siding for optimal strength and durability. Paired with aluminum longboard (or wood-grain siding), this created both a lasting and appealing finish to the siding. For soffit and fascia, we suggested aluminum for a reliable performance, and EasyTrim helped add the final touch of elegance.
The end result is a stunning building with a gorgeous exterior and a durable flat roof. You can check it out yourself in Grande Prairie while picking up your next pizza.
