Single-Ply Membrane Roofs
Cost-effective and common, single-ply membrane roofs consist of a vinyl membrane stretched over the roof of a commercial building and glued to the surface or the perimeter. These roofs can also work as a ballasted (i.e., unanchored) roof system – this ballast is generally made of gravel, which creates a quick and simple installation process.
These materials can be customized to your needs, such as choosing a colour for heat reflection or retention and choosing your preferred insulation to accompany the membrane. Lightweight, flexible, and with a history of use going back decades, this is a high-performance roofing option for your business that delivers what you need while remaining easy on your budget. Plus, our labour is backed up by a five-year warranty, in addition to other manufacturer’s warranties that may already be in place.
At Heritage roofing, we install both EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Terpolymer) and TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) for our single-ply membrane roofs.
